Our fees cover our time and screening process and comprehensive background checks, as well as support to maintain a strong working relationship with your nanny once you’ve found the right fit. Our screening process ensures that you will meet safe, qualified and experienced candidates based on your family’s needs. We screen and interview candidates for you to meet, and we run comprehensive background checks before your nanny comes to work in your home. 

We require a $150 fee to start the recruiting process.

Our placement fees can range from $1000 - $4,000 depending on your nanny needs (see pricing below). The placement fee are separate from your nanny’s salary. Typically, nanny hourly rates are $18-$30 per hour in Pittsburgh PA, depending on schedule and number of children in the nanny’s care.

Placement fees are due only at the hire of the nanny and signing of an agreement. Once a nanny is placed, there are no refunds. We understand that it doesn’t always work out. We offer a free replacement before 60 days at no extra cost.
