We know it’s critical to know who will be coming into your home and taking care of your loved ones, so every caregiver placed through North Hills Nanny submits to a thorough screening, which includes:

  • Completion of our nanny application

  • In-person or video interview

  • Resume review with at least 3 references

  • PA Clearnace’s Submitted to North Hills Nanny

  • Extensive background check, provided by PFC Caregiver Screening for long-term caregivers

  • Social media review, if available

  • CPR/First Aid Certified
