ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS for NANNIES:

- Authorization to work in the United States

- Must be at least 18 years old

- Proficient in English, both spoken and written

- Outstanding professional childcare references (at least 3) that highlight the candidate's effective communication skills, dependability, punctuality, and the maturity to care for families, belongings, and homes

- 3 written letters of recommendation from professional references

- Certified in First Aid, CPR and AED

- At least 3 years of experience in the childcare field (babysitting family does not count)

- A clear background check

- A clean social media presence

- Clean driving record

- Education: High School diploma (or equivalent), experience and knowledge of child development or child-related studies preferred

- In person interview with agency owner

- Professional appearance

- Non-smoker
